Neyland (P) , a railway town - 1856 , Terminus for Isambard Kingdom Brunels - South Wales Railway , station closed 1965.
Road walking from Neyland Marina to Hazelbeach (P) , Path to pebble beach at Wear Point , then continues between Jetties and Dragon LNG facility , ( former Gulf Oil Refinery ), and moves away from estuary to B4325 road .
Tricky road route over Castle Pill , FP at end of pavement leading down the west side of Pill .
Paths / Roads around Milford Marina through Hakin to Gelliswick Bay (P) .
Path around South Hook LNG facility ( former ESSO Oil Refinery ) to South Hook Point , views to Stack Rock Fort and on to Sandy Haven (P).
At low tide it may be possible to walk on Muns Sands to sandy haven on the beach.
