From Haverford West a footpath follows the Western Cleddau passed Black Hill to Little Milford (P) , sometimes following a marshy shoreline . Then on to Hook Colliery Pier / Quay .

The path moves away from river to bypass Sprinkle Pill / then to Black Tar Point (P) / Path around LLangwn Pill , Port Lion , through Benton Wood to goodviews over Daugleddau and the Preseli Mountains .
