Golden Samphire
Golden Samphire ( "Inula crithmoides" ) / at Flimston Castles / a member of the Daisy Family / a mediterranean species / Perennial / flowers in July and August on limestone cliffs . Not edible .
Edible Samphires :-
Rock Samphire (Crithmum Maritimum ), which likes the same habitat as Golden Samphire on the Pembrokeshire Coast.
Marsh Samphire (Salicornia Europaea) , which grows in salt marshes and mud flats on the River Cleddau .
