Passed Penderi Cliffs , a WTSWW reserve - with a hanging Sessile Oak woodland of ancient saltburned / coppiced trees .
Short track , off the coast path , through the northerly wood .
Further along the coast path - Monks Cave / a collapsed cave / is being further eroded and disappearing onto the beach below .
